Rough Draft Wedding
ENGAGED: FEBRUARY 18, 2011
WEDDING: APRIL 21, 2012
With a wedding comes months of planning, thoughtful detail, and creativity--but most importantly sharing our celebration of our love with family and friends. We wanted this to be an event that reflected who we are and who we've become together--SO WE'RE GOING TO USE THIS AS A medium to organize our thoughts and GATHER IDEAS TO FORM A SORT OF ROUGH DRAFT WEDDING THAT WE CAN use FOR INSPIRATION AND DIRECTION.
Have an IDEA YOU THINK WE WOULD LOVE? PLEASE SEND IT OUR WAY!
we usually make the collages, but we CAN'T take credit for any of the photos used in them-unless noted otherwise. we try our best to link back to where we find content, (click photos for source) but if we miss any please let us know. thanks!
iDIY offers a lot of great tutorials and free templates for great diy projects. we want to give mixed CDs of our favorite music as favors for our guests. these free cd case templates are so cute, and i think these are exactly what we need to stay within our budget—while still giving our guests something very meaningful, and cute.
i came across these diy vanilla extract favors today on style me pretty, that twig and thistle contributed to their site, and i love them! it’s perfect for any wedding theme. it’s classy, but has rustic charm, and it’s practical, but still unique. i’m obsessed, and this break down is the exact step by step for how to make these favors—and the labels are available for free download!!
i know mustaches have become a little cliche, but i think they’re appropriate for these men’s shaving bags, which would make cute groomsmen gifts.
